Stove Installations
Whether you ordered your stove through us or not, we always aim to complete an installation within one to two days.
We offer a complete Stove installation service
Initially, we will carry out a survey to assess your installation requirements. This can be done in most case either over the phone or through a visit to your property.
You will then be advised of a price and an accurate timescale for the work. If you decide to go ahead we will book the job for a date entirely suitable to yourselves. At this stage we would require a deposit for the completed quote.
The design stage of your stove is the ideal time to ensure you achieve the complete look you want for your room. Options include hearths, oak beams, surround and inglenooks.
Accessories can be fitted in with the installation so that all work can be completed in the one operation.
On the day of installation we aim to arrive at your property at approximately 8 am .
We do not need you to do anything other than remove any items of value from your room. We cover all floors and furniture for you to protect them from dust. And we even hoover up when finished.
